Per the Path To Publishing “Act Like an Author, Think Like a Business” 2021 Conference Website and email correspondence you have received, registering for this conference, accepting any scholarship or comp ticket to the conference, entering the venue and/or participating in any sanctioned conference event is your consent of the use of photos/audio/video footage of you at the conference or any conference sanctioned events by Path To Publishing and its partners for promotional/marketing/for profit use.
Path To Publishing has taken the necessary measures, procedures and put policies in place to ensure the health and safety of the “Act Like an Author, Think Like a Business” 2021 Conference attendees, staff, presenters, volunteers, coordinators, assistants, vendors, workers, and employees as stated in the COVID-19 statement that appears on the conference website. You understand that neither Path To Publishing or its partners can be held liable or at fault for any COVID-19 related health issues. You are of sound, mind, body, and understanding that you are participating in any conference related events at your own risk.
Payment in full or a deposit based on days registered is required. Deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred or dispersed on a gift card to be used toward any Path To Publishing service or product. The gift card will expire one year from date of disbursement.
Attendees must have their total balance paid in full PRIOR to conference start day. Late payments will only be accepted with prior notice. If attendee pays in full for their registration, but is unable to attend the conference, no refunds or gift cards will be dispersed, but the course materials for the day(s) attendee registered will be made available via Audio/Video files from Path To Publishing.
