By completing this form, you agree to the following: You will be charged the amount you select every 30 days from the date of your first payment, for the number of months you select. There is a NO REFUND policy. If you do not complete the entire payment process to pay the balance in full, you may use the funds you paid toward another service, product, or event offered by Path To Publishing.  FUNDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN every 30 days. If funds are not available for one cycle, the next billing cycle you will be billed for BOTH the outstanding balance as well as the current payment.  The below monthly rates include the installment service charge.
