Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the Path To Publishing "Act Like an Author, Think Like a Business" 2018 Conference.
Types of exhibitors permitted to display and sell products/services: Only exhibitors offering author services (no book vendors/exhibitors unless business books/workbooks/planners, etc.).
Total of 10 exhibitors, with top sponsors receiving an exhibitor table as part of their sponsor package.
Exhibitors must set-up all three days and remain set-up for the entire conference day.
Non-sponsoring exhibitors using the discounted hotel room block pays $300 for a six-foot table with two chairs. Exhibitor fee for vendors staying offsite is $425 for a six-foot table with two chairs (fee covers all three days of conference).
Exhibitors have access to all food, snacks, and beverages served throughout the conference, but will not be permitted entrance into the general session hall unless a registered conference attendee.
Each exhibitor must review and sign the drafted “Exhibitor Agreement," which will be delivered within 24 hours of registering as an exhibitor. The signed agreement will be due within 72 hours of receipt. After such, no refunds will be permitted.
Exhibitor area is located on ground level of hotel for convenient loading and unloading. The loading dock is conveniently located right outside of the exhibitor area. Exhibitors will not have to cut through the hotel foyer for loading and unloading. A hotel map will be supplied to each exhibitor upon registering.
Exhibitors are welcome to register to attend the conference. They will receive a $50 discount off each day they register for.
Exhibitors are welcome to sign-up for and attend any scheduled conference events outside of the general session in order to further network and engage with conference attendees.
Exhibitors are permitted to bring one assistant each day.
